Methodology

The adaptive battery runs on Item Response Theory with computerised adaptive testing - the same psychometric architecture used by GMAT and Pearson VUE. Answer keys are distribution-balanced so random guessing converges to chance, scoring spans six independent dimensions, and every result maps a candidate to a defined readiness tier rather than a raw mark.
